Space Shooter with HTML 5 and EaselJS

After following Lee Brimelow's introductory tutorial to Grant Skinner's EaselJS, I decided to look into it further and create a simple space shooter. No, this isn't directly Flash related, but the EaselJS framework is based on ActionScript and the Flash display list. Anyway, you can check out the game here. Use JSFL to change Publish Settings in Flash

It's been a while since I’ve touched on JSFL, but recently I found myself diving into it again for a project at work and decided to share a method for updating the publish settings of an .fla file using JSFL. When I initially set out to do this, I wasn't sure where to begin and after a bit of googling, I found a lot of others who had run into the same problem, but a simple solution wasn't readily available. Compiling for AIR 2.7 in Flash CS 5.5

I've been pretty busy recently with building a new mobile app that is now nearing completion. I wanted to make use of AIR 2.7 because it has been shown to be much faster on iOS devices than the previous packager. However, as noted in the article, it hasn't yet been implemented in any official tools and is only available via the command line. That wasn't going to cut it for what I needed to do so I went digging around the net with google and came across this post. This was exactly what I was looking for!
