Born in 1981 in rural Missouri, my life changed forever when I first got my hands on the NES. As I grew older my interest in video games naturally became an interest in technology in general. I went to Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL in 2003 and graduated in December of 2004 with a degree in game design and development.
In the years that followed I discovered that life at a major game studio just wasn't for me and I began working with Flash and ActionScript. Since then I have worked in several industries including simulation, gaming and web. I'm currently working in interactive out-of-home displays for a company in Orlando while making small, casual games and apps in my spare time.
In addition to technology and programming I also enjoy running, biking, kayaking, ice hockey and scuba diving. I think it's important to get away from the computer and experience life and all this wonderful world has to offer!
