When you're working with JSFL, you may notice that Flash doesn't always provide the most useful error messages. Many times when a JSFL error occurs, Flash spits out this message: "The following Javascript error(s) occurred: "

With the recent IE 9 release candidate, Microsoft has fixed the issue I mentioned earlier where it was not possible to send data from JavaScript into Flash via ExternalInterface calls. The new version of the browser earns passing marks on my IE 9 test page. You can grab the IE 9 RC1 right here.

I'm very pleased to announce the release of my first iPhone application: Cherry Picker iOS! This is a port of a game I wrote quite some time ago and it was pretty interesting redoing it for the iPhone. I learned a lot about mobile development and it was fun finding ways to optimize the game to run on the hardware. What wasn't fun was trying to figure out Apple's submission process - holy jumpin' that's a production.
Anyway, check the game out; I hope you enjoy it!
