It's official; Adobe has unleashed their Creative Suite 5 product family unto the masses. You can head on over to Adobe's website and grab individual products or one of the premium collections. Flash CS5 Professional is available for $699 for a brand new copy, or for $199 as an upgrade. The Web Premium package will run $1799 new or $599 for an upgrade, but don't forget this tip that will save you nearly $200 on Flash if you're going that route!
